Relaxation Hypnosis

Before you play this relaxation hypnosis video, stop everything you’re doing, close the door, and take a deep breath. Continue to breathe in deeply through your nose, hold to the count of three, then exhale through your mouth. By the end of the video, you should have exhaled a minimum of five deep breaths. If you didn’t, replay the video and try again.
